Information for Participants - English Riviera Summer Open Exhibition

Artist Preview

Our launch evening will be June 24th 18:00-20:00. We anticipate high demand for tickets so in the first instance we will be inviting you all to reserve tickets with us before booking goes live.


This reservation phase will be live until June 9th, midday after which we will publish remaining tickets via an event listing on our website. You can reserve a maximum of 4 advance tickets here: https://forms.gle/g6cqs3dS19NGk9Uu6


Accepted and Reserved Work

All works are either accepted, reserved, or rejected. Accepted works are confirmed for hanging. Reserved works will be hung space permitting or in the case of sales replaced, but whilst not on display in the main gallery will be hung in our basement creative spaces that audiences also have access to.


Additional Works

All selected artists can also provide the below:

  • 3 mounted works for browser

  • Greetings cards (maximum of 5 designs or maximum of 15 cards total if individuals/originals)

  • 3 supporting products e.g. collectors books (please note this excludes any printed merchandise such as artworks which have been digitally printed onto homewares or textiles)

Delivery

The final deadline for delivery is 10am 13th June. Please contact us to let us know when you will be delivering work. You can deliver in person at the following times to either of our venues:
