My favourite Beach in St.Ives, as children, we would be there every day in the summer. The most beautiful skies and sunsets can be viewed here. Even when it’s crowded in the high season, you can find a secret spot to sit and watch the light dance in the pools.
This view captures the distant headlands of Man’s Head and Clodgy Point, the start of the Coastal walk to Zennor. We call this type of sky a ‘mackerel sky’ in St. Ives.
