Azriel Silvester is a multi-media artist who uses a wide array of materials to explore themes of personal development, identifiers such as gender and sexuality, and the intricacies of the mental condition. Having developed a recent fascination with the concept of personal identity, Azriel has embarked on a several-year-long artistic journey to explore the multiple components that make up the authentic self, their latest body of work being a collection of the latest discoveries they’ve made as they’ve confronted the base foundations of their inner self.

Based in Devon and transferring from Contemporary Art to Fine Art, Azriel seeks to not just refine one particular technique, but embraces several mediums with open arms. Feeling strongly about the idea that a multitude of different mediums convey different ideas and feelings, Azriel’s art does not feature one specific speciality, but instead several unrelated techniques that unite underneath one ongoing theme.
