Take a Bow
Chris Pitman SWAc
Chris had a career of 30 years in architectural and structural design before serious health problems gave him the opportunity to unshackle his talents from the restrictions of the design studio. Chris has slowly expanded his horizons from the tightness of his early photorealistic paintings of the South West and now enjoys freedom of expression encompassing the human form, portraiture, and abstraction.
Chris has won many awards for his work and exhibited widely, most notably with the South West Academy and the Winners Exhibitions of the SAA Artist of the Year at the NEC Birmingham.
Chris is an Associate of the South West Academy of Fine and Applied Art, (SWAc).
