Rio Carnival

John Truscott is based in the South West, in Torquay where he was born a brought up. He is a self-augur artist, having taken up art after a long career in interior design.

He was initially inspired by the impressionist school of painting with its love of representational techniques and bright colours. He uses a variety of different media but specialises in true painting of abstract, brightly colours animals, in acrylics.
