Ink/pastels make a cracked surface over vintage maps, and the reclaimed painted frames remind her of the boats sea-weathered hulls on the Quay outside. Maps/star charts are also incorporated into her monoprints.
She exhibits her work in Devon and the Scilly Isles. She was recently featured in 'Coast' magazine.
Her work feels like ?swatches' or sections of a larger pattern of boats - hence the name 'wallpaper boats'.One-off drypoint print with 1920's Teign map framed in a white frame
