I’m an artist living on the Devon Coast. I’m inspired by the beauty that surrounds me.

 

This year I have been delighted to have exhibited at the Royal Cambrian Academy (Conwy) the Penlee museum (Penzance), Gallery Different (London) and the Hub (Newton Ferrers) I was happy to have been shortlisted for this year’s RA Summer exhibition too.

“The Sea” stemmed from my imagination. I loved the light on the calm sea and the vibrancy of the colours that painting from my imagination allows. The shoal of fish were inspired by the silver mackerel set into the paving stones outside the National Marine Aquarium Plymouth.
