As an artist with a degree in Fine Art, my creative journey over the last few years has been an exploration of the intersection between textiles and ceramics. In my current work, I find inspiration in the serene Scandi design of interior spaces juxtaposed with the rugged natural beauty and textures of the Scottish Highlands.

 

 My textile piece, which I am submitting as part of this collection, serves as an abstract expression of this harmonious contrast intricately weaving together the natural textures and colours inspired by the misty mountains and the serene essence of Scandinavian design that I experienced during my time in the Highlands.
