Johnny Armstrong

Recent work is all about the landscape of mid and north Wales. I live close by and venture into the wilder parts with my camera, responding to the light and weather.

 

Later I will take the imagery through the computer, playing with mood, juggling with appearences to bring out various qualities, like texture, pattern, colour and my emotional response. I like the lonely places, the subtle changes, the winter trees, and I also like the digital arena, where odd things happen to enhance the original photography.
