Sarah Sadler-Smith

 As a self-taught painter, I have learnt it is as much about the process as the "final" piece. This was especially true with these pieces where building the layers was an iterative process to capture the effect the light has on the forms.

Always inspired by light and its ever-changing impermanence, I hope I have managed to capture that fleeting moment I observed for the viewer in these pieces.
