In The Yellow Garden

Michael's work is inspired by religious and folk art from the Americas, Persia the subcontinent and eastern Europe but also by the work of Redon, Cornell, Feiniger, Hundertwasser, Rothko, Nolde, Munch and Klee among many others.

His recent abstract work investigates pattern colour texture and composition with these three pieces representing a voyage.

Michael's work has been shown at harbour Houses Kingsbridge, Arnots Dublin Foxford Woolen Mills, at Carrick and Sligo town, Connaught and also at the Guildhall, London and is held in many private collections both in the UK and abroad.
