Oil Paint on Cradled Wood Panel
Imaginarium Of Alice
This painting celebrates the delightful quirkiness of Lewis Carroll’s Alice In Wonderland, dressing the characters in a popsurrealism style.
Alice looks out of Wonderland with her big blue eyes somewhat hesitant of the creature that is her imagination.
I am a traditional artist living in Torbay, creating stylized oil paintings and pencil drawings.
My work focuses on portraiture represented in a popsurrealism or lowbrow art style.
I am inspired by a combination of personal experiences and feelings alongside cultural influences from cartoons, video games and books.
