Grasses

A classically trained musician, I have been performing and teaching for much of my life. After studying for an M.Ed. in Creative Arts in Therapy and spending several years in a meditation retreat, I broadened my creative output while working with adults in various therapeutic environments. I have been surrounded by nature for most of my life and that is always where I return, wherever that may be.

 Since moving to Plymouth in 2021, and the lure of the sea and Dartmoor, my music, poetry and artworks reflect these wilder environments. From silence and solitude comes an idea which arrives through all my senses. That idea dictates which medium to work with – painting, print, verse or music.
