Recently graduated from Loughborough University in Fine Art, I’m an artist predominately working with analogue photography and sense of place. I wander through spaces photographing what I’m drawn to, influenced by the theory of psychogeography (the effect of a space on a person’s behaviour).
This piece explores my connection to the area around my new home. The disconnect I found is epitomised in this photograph, it represents how I was still on the outside of the place but could still see and know it.
