Christophe Szjapdel

Recently awarded Top 60 Masters by Arttour International, Christophe Szpajdel is a worldwide well-known Logo Artist extending into collaborations, for instance, on this occasion with multidisciplined artist Leanne Elizabeth.

“My work consists of rock and metal band logos, but it recently extended into calligraphic quotes where I am exploring my own twist on different typefaces variations. I also create tattoo designs based on typography. Unlike other artists, I have converted my living room into a studio but I have the privilege of being an extremely mobile artist sketching on the move and able to settle anywhere to do my art.”

I also produce and publish books, my first, ‘Lord of the Logos’ has now sold out but I am hoping to be able to publish a follow up to this, ‘Archaic Modernism’ and am looking to fund this via Kickstarter. 

Leanne Elizabeth

Leanne Elizabeth is a multi-disciplinary artist based in Teignmouth, working across painting, printmaking, photography, digital art, and video. Her work explores inner projections shaped by nature, folklore, dream logic, and the haunting beauty of forgotten places. 

Influenced by artists like Ithell Colquhoun, H.R. Giger, Francis Bacon, and Dave McKean, she also draws inspiration from psychedelic album art—especially A Saucerful of Secrets. 

Recent collaboration in Exe’ubérences Exhibition (AWE 25) Throughout the past 24m, reconnecting with the South West’s creative community has been invaluable—through participation in Picturesque Torbay, and creative workshops hosted by the deeply inspiring couple behind A Kick Up the Arts, inspired her to step back into her authentic practices and showing her work publicly. She is currently working on solo capsule collection and large visual installation to accompany a band during their performance at a music festival this year.
