Sarah Smith

I am a colourist artist, specialising in the playfulness and joy of simple things. My work seeks to find beauty in the everyday treasures that spark a narrative and memory. Exploring use of colour and mostly working within acrylic, my practice is a desire to find a little magic, that often feels misplaced. It's often found in a pocket, a freshly poured cup of tea, or toes dipped in the sea.
