Jo Holt
Jo Holt is a British contemporary artist working predominantly in sculpture and installation. She originally studied illustration and produces 2D prints alongside her 3D art practice. She enjoys
making stylised print works inspired by nature as well as mood evoking pieces relating to her larger project works.

She relocated to Devon from London in 2020 and has been enjoying the quiet, space, and connection to nature that Devon has provided. In this time she has been focusing on her print work and figurative
sculpture.

The awe inspiring beauty of nature, and that of biofluorescence in coral was the inspiration for her glow in the dark 'Eye of the Beholder' sculpture series. Sculptures from this series were exhibited at the Mall Galleries in London 2018 and were recognised at the annual Surrey Sculpture Prize 2019, where she was awarded the Emerging Sculptor Award.
