Ieuan Holt is a Watercolour Artist based in Plymouth, Devon, where he is currently studying English and Creative Writing at University. Ieuan’s art predominantly focuses on abstract landscapes and Seascapes influenced by his time in the Merchant Navy and days spent on Dartmoor and the Devonshire coastline, as well as being informed by his past experiences with mental health issues. Each piece aims to encapsulate a singular moment of time and of the emotions felt when painting, in the hope to invite the viewer into a place where they too can find their own personal meaning within the paint upon the paper. Most recently his painting 'Industrialised' is currently being exhibited at the Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition 2022, where it has sold.
