Stepping Stones

I studied at Bath Academy of Art, Corsham, For three years and for one year at Birmingham polytechnic. I have taught art in secondary schools for many years, in UK, Germany and Hong Kong.

We moved to Devon permanently in 1996 and I have been able to spend time painting for the last ten years. I explore the dynamic between shape, texture and colour, creating an abstract, layered surface in acrylic
and collage. Subject matter may be derived from natural forms.
