I am an artist and illustrator working in a variety of media to create collections that explore visual and emotional responses to objects and loved ones.

My current project is a large series of still life pieces celebrating the weekly flower arrangements made and displayed by my mother in her beloved collection of vases.

The work aims to reflect on the joy of familiar things; nostalgia and the complexity of emotions for a passed loved one who is remembered through daily use of objects they held dear.

Pieces are made using collage and collagraph mono prints thereby creating an aesthetic inspired by the colours and textures of her life and informed by my 1970’s childhood memories.
