Tina Tian

 I am a Chinese artist currently based in Cornwall, with over twenty years of experience in traditional brush painting, calligraphy, and mineral pigment techniques. Inspired by nature, wildlife, and ancient legends, my work blends traditional Chinese aesthetics with a contemporary sensibility.

Working with rice paper, mineral pigments, and expressive brushwork, I explore the harmony between ink and colour, seeking to capture both the spirit of nature and the poetic essence of Chinese artistic tradition.

My artworks have been exhibited at venues including the Mall Galleries and the Royal Opera Arcade Gallery in London, as well as at Delamore Arts, where I have participated four times (2018, 2019, 2021, and 2022). Through my work, I aim to share the richness of Chinese cultural heritage while presenting it through a modern artistic voice.
