These pieces are made outside in the local parks. I started by painting outside at extreme ends of the day, to avoid contact. I found that nature just goes on oblivious of humans. The river has remnants of architecture in it there were mills along it before it was a park. I really enjoy painting outside. These pieces being on a rough paper are more about composition than mark making.
