The Artizan Collections Sale
This September, we welcome back our annual collections exhibition, now reimagined as the Artizan Collections Sale - a unique opportunity to explore and acquire artworks from our archives while supporting the future of the visual arts in Torbay.
Artist Donations
Last year we were delighted to unexpectedly receive donations of new works from many artists who wanted to support our fundraising efforts and so this time we wanted to open up that opportunity again.
Donating A Work
If you’d like to donate a work, it’s a simple process. All you have to do is bring in the piece during our normal opening hours, wrapped, and with the below details attached. You may also want to drop us an email to let us know you're coming.

Year Produced (optional)
Price - this should be the most recent “on the wall” price or if it hasn’t been exhibited, a representative price in line with your work. We will use this as a guide.
A description of any exhibition history (optional)
You can download a printable donation slip to fill in for each work here or clearly add the above details yourself.
Some things to consider…
By submitting the work, you are confirming that you are the owner and have the rights to donate the work.
Works can be provided framed or unframed and does not need to be ready to display or hang. However, works provided must be of a sales quality by which we mean they must be complete and undamaged.
All works are considered donations and you would not retain any right to the proceeds of a sale.
Due to the volume of donations we have previously received, we do not guarantee to display all works.
By donating a work you’ll also automatically receive a VIP ticket to the event launch (normally available with a minimum £10 donation)
The deadline for donating works is the 25th August
