Exploring Heritage

Totnes based artist, Lili John, brings the exhibition ‘New Green Shoots’ to Artizan Gallery’s Garden Gallery, a celebration of black culture which also questions the history of our times.

Lili’s mixed heritage background (Ghanaian and Celtic) influences her vibrant ceramics and mixed media work, and in this show through her practice, Lili explores her own heritage as well as this Black History month stimulus, To, 'dig deeper, look closer and think bigger'.
