Join Hannah Taylor within our Geopark Experience to create your own ceramic Torbay Geopark Scene in clay. Your scene can include rugged cliffs formations, sandy beaches, or a heritage building, it's up to you. There'll be no shortage of inspiration. You'll have the choice of textured stoneware clays, a natural sand or black coloured clay. These clays really emphasize the natural textures and earthy tones of our bay, with subtle variations in color to highlight the geological formations. Hand building these scenes is an opportunity to embrace our unique geopark home in your own arty way. You can be as creative as you like, keep it simple or include small details like waves, coastal vegetation, and geological layers.
