Kevin was always encouraged and inspired to art by his father, becoming a self-taught natural artist, A love of colour and movement always inspiring him.

"I love water as it changes in colour & shape, adding interest to the main subject sometimes. Whatever the subject and style, whereever the inspiration comes from, either places visited, imagination. a moment memory, the sources are endless, that direct me to paint."

Works in oils tend to be more detailed and traditional in style whilst works in acrylics tend to be more vibrant and slightly towards abstract.

"My styles as I evolve mingle and hopefully bring both together. In short 'Realistically Abstract'. I hope to always bring colour, depth, feeling of the subject chosen and interest."
